Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of Video Automation Studio (“the Product”), provided by Dominion Lux Holdings Limited.

1. Nature of the Product

Video Automation Studio is licensed automation infrastructure. It is not a hosted service, not a subscription SaaS, and not a performance or revenue program.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product according to your selected license tier.

You may not:

• Resell or sublicense the Product • Share license files • Deploy beyond the licensed channel limits

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Installation and configuration • Infrastructure costs • Compliance with platform policies • Operational decisions and outcomes

4. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding views, revenue, monetisation, or platform success. Outcomes depend entirely on factors outside our control.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital infrastructure licensing, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued for lack of technical competence or unmet expectations.

6. Professional Installation Services

Professional Installation & Verification is a one-time service limited to setup and initial verification. Ongoing support or optimisation is not included.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dominion Lux Holdings Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke licenses for breach of these Terms without refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dominion Lux Holdings Limited is registered.

By purchasing or using Video Automation Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
